Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced reliability engineer to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and resilience of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, with expertise in designing and maintaining fault-tolerant architectures. They will also have experience with load testing and chaos testing tools, as well as knowledge of SPOF and FMEA methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and eliminate Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) to improve system reliability.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes and their impacts.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to enhance system resiliency.
  • Assess and maintain fault-tolerant architectures using redundancy, load balancing, and automated failover.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, focusing on resiliency and chaos engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
