Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled electronics category professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing commercial and technical data of electronic components, PCB gerbers, and assemblies to generate and support different types of cost out resiliency and NPI projects.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and execute category-wise strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including global procurement organizations, product development teams, and suppliers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze spend data to identify gaps for cost out in various electronics components and PCBA's etc.
  • Contribute to building strategies to drive enterprise-wide cost-out and resiliency projects for the category, working alongside global procurement leaders, engineering counterparts, and supply chain teams.
  • Engineer data improvement for Electronics Components and contribute to data libraries development.
  • Reduce new product development times by suggesting cost-effective and technically compatible products from strategic suppliers of the category.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics or related field (Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's).
  • Understanding of PCB fabrication, gerbers, electronic component specifications, lifecycles, and industry standards.
  • Awareness of applicable standards and environmental compliances (IEC, UL, ISO, RoHS, REACH, etc.).
  • Hands-on expertise in PCB CAD tools like Altium, CAM350, and other leading tools in the market.
  • Strong knowledge in finding gaps for electronic cost out on products.
  • Knowledge on design, testing, and validation of various hardware products.
