Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect with a strong background in industrial projects and data center design.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.

They will also be familiar with 3D platforms like Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.

A B.Arch. degree from a recognized university and registration with the COA is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level
  2. Architectural designs and hands-on experience to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D
  3. Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
  4. Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene, and sustainability related design concepts/requirements

Requirements:

  1. 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in Data Center
  2. Advance manufacturing of Chemical, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals industrial projects
  3. New energy businesses like EV, PV, and associates industrial projects
  4. Automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects
  5. Data Centre projects hyper scale and retail scale mandatory
