Senior Finance Manager - FMCG

About the Opportunity

This is a leadership position within our organization's finance department, where you will have high visibility and opportunities to work with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis for international divisions, country-wise, and brand-wise.
  • Assist in negotiation and closure of commercial terms with new/potential distributors, leading the finance team to ensure proper onboarding concerning commercial standards of practice.
  • Manage cash flows of overseas subsidiaries to ensure funds availability for working capital.
  • Establish financial control mechanisms, including regular audits, to maintain financial discipline.

Requirements

  • Hold a Chartered Accountancy qualification with 12-18 years of experience in FMCG/Food space.
  • Extensive experience in commercial finance and dealing with distributors.
  • Proven strategic management capabilities and a track record of success in finance within a global setting.
