Banking Service Representative

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and banking products.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Promote bank products and services to customers over the phone.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve performance targets set by management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic understanding of banking products and services.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
