- Conduct thorough screening of applicants through resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and external recruitment agencies to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
