Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement of industrial equipment for our clients. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing and be familiar with vendor management, inventory control, and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify reliable vendors or suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery speed
  • Negotiate and secure favorable terms and prices for purchases
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs
  • Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and handle vendor disputes
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on procurement activities
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, prices, and lead times

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. Mech)
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Procurement Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with vendor management and inventory control
  • Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
  • Good understanding of market trends and pricing
