Junior Wedding Planner

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Wedding Planner to assist our team in managing the logistics of wedding events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying suitable vendors from a comprehensive vendor list, ensuring seamless execution of event details.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers via video conferencing tools to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Create engaging mood boards for decor sets using presentation software such as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Plan and schedule event show flows, coordinating on-site activities at event venues while maintaining constant updates on task status in Microsoft Planner.
  • Conduct site visits with clients to finalize execution details and ensure a smooth event experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with freshers also encouraged to apply if they possess strong skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Canva, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
