Job Title: Technical Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to design and oversee the integration of diverse business applications. This pivotal role involves working with relevant integration technologies, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow and system interoperability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Integration Strategy & Design: Lead the design and development of comprehensive application integration architectures, strategies, and roadmaps. Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices to ensure seamless data exchange and process orchestration across enterprise applications.
  • Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Select appropriate integration technologies and platforms for various integration scenarios.
  • Development & Implementation Oversight: Provide architectural guidance and oversight during the development and implementation phases of integration solutions. Ensure adherence to architectural principles, performance, and security requirements.
  • Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing application landscapes and business processes to identify integration needs, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Lead the troubleshooting of complex integration issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Continuously monitor integration performance and optimize existing interfaces for efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Integration Technologies: Strong hands-on experience with a range of integration patterns and technologies, such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms, API Management platforms, Message Queues/Brokers, iPaaS solutions, ETL tools, and Cloud Integration.
  • API Design: Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and development.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex integration challenges.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions.
