About the Role:

 

We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable integration solutions. This individual will be responsible for aligning technical capabilities with business objectives, fostering collaboration among teams, and ensuring seamless integration strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong leadership skills to lead end-to-end implementation of complex integration projects using MuleSoft-based technologies.
  • Translate high-level designs into detailed specifications, driving technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and customers to define integration strategies and architectures that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement event-driven and message-based architectures utilizing MuleSoft and other messaging tools.
  • Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for API-led connectivity, promoting consistency across all integration solutions.
  • Mentor development teams, conduct thorough code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reusability across all integration projects, guaranteeing their successful deployment.
  • Provide critical input on project planning, effort estimation, and risk mitigation from a technical standpoint.
