Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative professional to join our design team as a Senior Graphic Designer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality multimedia deliverables that exceed client expectations.

About the Role

  • Design and develop innovative visual concepts for print and digital media, including promotional content, e-learning materials, and publishing house content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and are in-sync with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the latest graphic designing trends, technologies, and software.
  • Lead small teams of designers and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
  • Review and improve creative output, ensuring products meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement new ideas and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating promotional content, e-learning materials, or publishing house content.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to work under time constraints.
