We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, increase business growth, and expand the customer base.
- To be successful in this role, you must have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Building and maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
