Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned immigration professional to manage end-to-end case management of H-1B processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling high-volume immigration cases and be proficient in immigration case management software.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to confidentiality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage comprehensive H-1B case processing, including cap filings, extensions, amendments, Requesting for further Evidence (RFE), and Labor Condition Application (LCA) compliance.
  2. Support various case types based on volumes and requirements, working closely with the US Immigration strategy team, HR, and employees.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of DOL and USCIS regulations. You will evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of managing high-volume immigration cases.
  2. Experience with immigration case management software.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and adhere to confidentiality standards.
