Leadership Position for Advanced Business Intelligence

We seek an accomplished professional to lead our Business Intelligence (BI) team in developing innovative AI-driven solutions. This key role will involve overseeing the design, development, and deployment of advanced BI systems that leverage Generative AI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered BI tools to facilitate business insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
  • Ensure seamless data integration from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse or lake.
  • Evaluate and implement GenAI-enabled BI solutions that enable users to derive actionable insights from data using natural language.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, with significant experience leading projects or teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of BI tools and platforms, including Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Cognos.
  • Demonstrated expertise in generative BI and its application in business intelligence.
  • In-depth understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
