Job Overview:

The Category Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving growth and profitability across marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute listings, content, and SEO strategies to maximize ROI
  • Run platform campaigns and promotions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Optimize pricing, discounts, and margins to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and returns
Marketplace Optimization:
  • Lead SKU curation and product onboarding for multiple platforms
  • Coordinate inventory sync, OTIF, and stock fill rate optimization
  • Ensure delivery performance and price parity across platforms
Performance Metrics:
  • Revenue growth and GMV expansion per channel
  • Fill Rate, OTIF, RTO%, and Inventory Days of Stock (DOS)
  • Ad spends vs ROAS in alignment with business objectives
  • Platform scorecard maintenance and performance benchmarking

Requirements include 2-4 years of experience managing marketplaces, strong e-commerce knowledge, analytics skills, and excellent coordination abilities.
