Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned Marketing Leader with 5-8 years of experience to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with measurable results.
  • Proven track record of handling significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Achieved significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, etc).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
