Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to manage our public image and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media, and the public.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, facilitating appointments with government officials, and organizing PR-related events and meetings.

  1. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including doctors and corporate clients.
  2. Event Planning: Organize PR-related events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
  3. Content Development: Create engaging content, including social media posts and press releases, that effectively communicates our message.
  4. Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze PR initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Trend Analysis: Study market trends, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  6. VIP Communications: Oversee and coordinate VIP patient communications, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  7. Project Management: Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and reporting on project performance.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in crisis management and media training.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
