Job Summary

Mentor experienced implementation consultants to excel in their roles, driving optimal solution design that meets business needs.

  • Spearhead large-volume portfolios of key customer accounts by overseeing successful product implementation and configuration for each account.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each engagement, identifying success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and customer expectations at the enterprise level.
  • Participate in project planning activities, defining detailed tasks/activities and ensuring 100% quality through standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents and prepare test scripts, training materials, and required checklists.
  • Oversee overall project management, stakeholder management, and customer management, engaging consistently with various levels such as PMO, C-level executives, IT, and operational heads during engagements.
  • Share best practices by providing product consulting with a touch of business consulting based on domain, industry, or region expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is beneficial.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and experience handling challenging situations.
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
