Senior Office Assistant Job Description

This role is an opportunity to develop a strong background in finance and accounting.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including preparation, checking, and reviewing of accounting entries in the books of accounts.
  • Responsibilities also include bank reconciliation; ledger reconciliation; accounts receivable/accounts payable; supporting MIS, ranking data, and budgeting exercise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or master's degree in commerce with CA Intermediate qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector;
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, and ERP environment experience.
Essential Skills for the Job

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tally ERP Prime;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under own initiative.
