Oloid AI is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses. As a Digital Transformation Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.

The Business Analyst (Solutions Engineer) at Oloid AI ensures seamless onboarding of new customers, with Oloid solutions properly configured and customized to meet their requirements. This involves training customers' core teams on deployment approaches and maintaining project-level oversight for multi-site deployments and rollouts.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • To participate in requirement gathering workshops and understand the client's environment and how the proposed solution addresses pain areas.
  • To perform solution deployment tasks, including system installations, configurations, updates, patches, following best practices and guidelines.
  • Implement customer workflows in low-code applications and establish linkages to multiple line-of-business applications.
  • Monitor and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
  • Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the deployed solution.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system changes and release management as applicable.
  • Maintain system security by managing accounts, roles, and authorizations according to security standard policies.
  • Provide training to customers' core teams and maintain oversight in the later parts of the program rollout cycle.
  • Troubleshoot related incidents and problems, working closely with the product team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer applications or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in external customer-facing SaaS project implementation programs.
  • Understanding and analyzing Customer Business Processes/Requirements.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, deployment methodologies, REST API integration approaches, project and program management practices.
  • Working knowledge of one or more scripting languages like JavaScript and basic knowledge of Python will be an added plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
