Job Description:

Hirist - IT Jobs seeks a seasoned Director, Enterprise Services to spearhead the delivery of multiple IT Enterprise Services. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the management of service and engineering teams, contributing to the technical direction of the organization.

This role demands exceptional leadership skills to develop strategies, build technical architecture, and drive innovation. You will be responsible for creating a clear vision for the department, planning for long-term success, and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead the activities of teams across multiple enterprise services like sales & service, ERP/Finance, data & analytics etc.
  • Define and communicate strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization.
  • Lead and direct the work of multiple enterprise services delivery to achieve objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of short-term and mid-term results for the enterprise services organization.
  • Create and drive a clear vision for the department, planning for the long-term success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 Years of Relevant Experience.
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and delivering software development projects.
  • Accountability for delivery of projects and programs on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Proven experience managing large offshore teams with expertise in delivering key enterprise services like ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics etc.

About the Team:

The Enterprise Services team ensures the performance and availability of critical business systems while optimizing technologies to align with business processes, including transformation and integration activities.

Benefits:

  • Full time, permanent.
  • Hybrid working model on-site up to 3 days/week.
  • Working core business hours to support EU and US (central time zone), with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
