Workplace Experience Enabler Role

This is a key position responsible for fostering exceptional customer-centric experiences within upscale modern office settings.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the workspace and surrounding areas, serving as the primary point of contact for daily needs on the office floors and offering expert counsel to employees.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in hotel management or related fields

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop strong relationships with employees working from the office
  2. Single point of contact for issues resolution, workspace changes, and service tickets
  3. Respond and resolve all feedback within defined SLAs
  4. Identify and share observations regarding any misalignment to guidelines for using office amenities, incorporating data from housekeeping and engineering teams
  5. Regularly connect with business contacts to understand their perspectives on services
  6. Plan and execute employee engagement events aligned with client expectations
  7. Consolidate feedback to the management team for ongoing improvement implementation
  8. Report concerns or patterns in employee feedback to the assistant workspace experience manager
  9. Cultivate an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success
  10. Promote Client-specific initiatives, such as technology roll-outs, benchmarking, and best practices
  11. Ensure operations align with financial processes and controls are adhered to at all times for effective financial management
