We're seeking a skilled Design Executive to join our pre-sales team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll provide personalized design recommendations, prepare quotes, and facilitate store visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients at our flagship showroom, offering an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, materials, rugs, lighting, and accessories.
  • Guide clients through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Provide expert design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and decor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
  • Engage with designers, architects, and homeowners to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
