At the forefront of innovation, we seek a seasoned professional to spearhead Credit and Collections efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategy and overseeing the establishment of payment terms in our systems.

This role demands a thorough understanding of Outbound Transactions (OTC) and the ability to monitor approvals from Salesforce. You will work closely with our 3rd party collections agency, analyzing customer data and escalating potential issues. Additionally, you will conduct credit checks, analyze bad debt, and provide securitization audit and reporting.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities. A graduate degree in commerce and meaningful experience are essential qualifications. Fluency in English language is also crucial.

  1. Establish payment terms in PeopleSoft
  2. Monitor approvals for Non-Standard Invoicing/Payment terms from Salesforce
  3. Manage the 3rd party collections agency
  4. Analyze & escalate customers based on payment history, credit information, and outstanding balances
  5. Conduct credit checks upon request and monitor customer accounts for potential high risk issues
