Job Title:
Fraud Risk Management Leader
- We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business growth and protect our organization's assets.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement effective fraud prevention strategies.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate fraud risks, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and collaborating with other departments to achieve strategic objectives is required.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory requirements in fraud risk management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in fraud risk management.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to mitigate fraud risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement effective fraud prevention strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory requirements in fraud risk management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fraud risk management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT) regulations.
- Experience with fraud analytics tools and technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and proficiency in statistical software such as SAS or R.
