Head of Deal Execution and Advisory

Our firm seeks a seasoned professional to lead its deal execution and advisory services.

  • Lead cross-border transactions, negotiate deals, and manage post-closing phases ensuring seamless transitions and synergy realization.
  • Oversee integration of acquired businesses including financial systems, reporting, governance, risk management.

Financial & Regulatory Management:

  • Oversee deal-related structures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to ensure smooth compliance post-deal.

Stakeholder & Client Advisory:

  • Act as trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy.
  • Provide clear communication and governance updates to senior stakeholders.

Practice Leadership & Team Management:

  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver transaction execution services.
  • Drive standard operating procedures for post-deal advisory ensuring consistency and quality.

Business Development & Thought Leadership:

  • Develop service offerings in post-deal advisory and integration.
  • Contribute to proposals, client pitches, and relationship management with key accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep expertise in M&A deal execution, post-deal integration, carve-outs, and restructuring.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, tax structuring, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations, manage stakeholders, and hands-on experience with scenario analysis and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP
  • Track record of leading complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs.
