You will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with brand identities and marketing goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least two years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating growth and leadership in design positions.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing varied design work, including branding, digital, web, and motion graphics.
  • Advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with additional knowledge of AfterEffects a plus.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, setting deadlines, and meeting client expectations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions.
  • Attention to detail, with high accuracy in design work.
  • Effective communication skills, with strong verbal and written skills for clear project communication.
  • Branding expertise, with a deep understanding of brand identity, including typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to align design with business objectives.
  • Leadership skills, with experience leading design teams, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration.
