Role Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Creative Visual Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating captivating digital visual content and branding materials that align with our company's identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Content Development: Design social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Visual Branding: Create pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content and design accuracy.
  • Design Support: Fulfil internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Feedback Management: Manage and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Event Branding and Collaboration:
  • Create visual branding and display material for participation in key industry forums and events.
  • Coordinate with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and visual storytelling.
Required Expertise:
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics.
  • Exposure to UX/UI principles or web design.
