About the Role

You will lead the delivery effort on our projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation. You will also assist with sales and business development.

Working directly with teams in both the US and India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders to manage and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct interviews to develop current state assessments, evaluate industry standards, and suggest savings opportunities/operational improvements.
  • Analyze client spend data, create project deliverables, and conduct research into various markets and industries.
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to draft and release Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Support client stakeholders and suppliers during bid evaluation and supplier selection.
  • Develop financial models to understand true costs, present to key decision makers.
  • Evaluate supplier pricing proposals, identify cost reduction levers, and draft negotiation strategy presentations.
  • Review contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, specifically operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement.
  • Comfortable working in a start-up atmosphere, with ambiguity, and an ownership-driven mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated team player with autonomy, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
