Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Executive to oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments. Key responsibilities include:
- Process Management: Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Team Coordination: Foster collaboration and communication among teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resource Optimization: Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
