This role focuses on the daily administration of IT and support for our Learning Management System (LMS). Key tasks include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting technical issues, and training educators and students.
- Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration and Learning Management skills
- Strong Communication skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff
- Experience in Instructional Design
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience with LMS platforms and technologies is an advantage
