What You'll Do
Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide a team of 2–3 LMS administrators.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage performance.
- Provide training, feedback, and support to build team capability.
Project Management
- Plan and track LMS-related projects, activities, and milestones.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of learning programs.
System Administration
- Oversee user account management, course enrollments, and content updates.
- Configure LMS features and maintain optimal system functionality.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with L&D teams, clients, vendors, and IT for smooth operations.
- Align LMS workflows with evolving business needs.
Issue Resolution
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical problems and escalations.
- Ensure fast, effective resolution for users.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor LMS usage and generate data reports.
- Share insights for continuous improvement and decision-making.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in workflows and implement best practices.
- Champion user experience enhancements.

- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication abilities.
- Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM CET, including weekends (with two weekdays off).
