Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our digital rewards business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing brand relationships.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for brand partnerships, client alliances, and B2B & B2C solutions.
- Align business objectives across departments to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brands, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Negotiate agreements and optimize commercial terms with brand partners to maximize value.
- Drive innovative campaigns and co-marketing initiatives with partner brands to enhance user engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 15+ years of experience in a leadership role, with 5+ years of P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in API integrations and technical partnerships.
- A good understanding of the digital rewards, gift cards, loyalty solutions, or corporate gifting domain.
- Proven track record of driving partnerships, managing large enterprise relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
