Product Management Intern

This internship is an exciting opportunity for a product management professional to join our team and contribute to the development of a scalable Identity Governance and Administration solution.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements, and create collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dive deep into customer pain points, use cases, and market needs with customer-facing teams to drive customer adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with product managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product and scope out product requirements.
  • Support low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that enhance the customer experience with our product design team.
  • Closely coordinate with our QA team to test and release product features.
  • Analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate to continuously improve the product experience and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in product development work, market research, and opportunity mapping is essential.
  • Able to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with Agile Scrum framework are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs is necessary.
  • Able to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes is a plus.
Duration and Availability:

This is a full-time, in-person internship. The ideal candidate should be available for 6 months working out of our office location.
