A dedicated Lifestyle Manager helps families with any miscellaneous home requests, from decorating home with fresh flowers to arranging a repairman for the broken washing machine.

We deliver this life-transforming service through three fundamental aspects:

1. **Lifestyle Manager**: Armed with professional attention, prompt service and effective anticipation of needs, our dedicated lifestyle team helps customers in various things. From sending flowers on birthdays to recommending the latest home products, we cater to all needs.

2. **Trained Professionals**: We offer a more professional service than domestic helpers, serving families by a team of home specialists who handle all housework, chores and running around. If they already have a helper, we will have them trained by us to maximise their potential.

3. **Technology**: Our system takes the hassle out of home management, providing constant home and personal management advice, reminders and nudges. The back-end algorithm remembers preferences and generates instructions to meet our customers' home goals.

A Lifestyle Manager at Pinch is empathetic, has a natural attitude towards helping people and is committed to improving lives for the better. S/he understands each family's unique needs, designs solutions accordingly and is an extension of the customer's family.

Responsibilities of a Lifestyle Manager include customer onboarding, solution deployment, partner management, customer lifecycle management and customer feedback & service improvement.

We are looking for candidates with hospitality background, event management, language and intercultural communication background or those passionate about the cause the company is working towards. Key qualities include self-motivation, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and excellent team player skills.
