About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Data Insights Officer to join our team at Citicorp Services India Private Limited. As a key member of our Business KYC function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and standardized reporting dashboards to provide key insights to senior management.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancement of reporting deliverables to meet business needs.
  • Assist with ad-hoc data and reporting requests from seniors and peers within the SMB KYC Quality function.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and on-demand reporting to leadership teams.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management to effectively communicate data-driven results.
  • Lead departmental projects and initiatives as requested.
  • Represent the team in local and regional forums as required.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • A proven track record of 2-4 years in reporting, Metrics, or MIS experience.
  • Proficiency in consolidating data from multiple sources to create presentations for all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Significant experience working with Excel, MS Office tools (including SharePoint), and other tools related to queries and data management.
  • Some operations experience is desirable.
  • Global experience would be beneficial.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and senior management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to manage team-level processes and deliver presentations.
  • Proficient use of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4-8 years of experience in a relevant domain.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Competencies:

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines as part of a team.
  • Ability to interact with auditors, compliance, and independent control groups as required.
  • Excellent attention to detail while focused on delivery.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently and adapt to changes in priorities.
