About this role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Experience Developer to join our team. As a Digital Experience Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive learning experiences that drive behavior change across the organization.

Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality digital content using various tools and technologies, including Unity, HTML5, JavaScript, WebGL, and JSON.

You will work closely with designers and other stakeholders to design and develop interactive content and interfaces that can support over 40 languages, including right-to-left languages.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all developed content is responsive to all devices and performs well on various devices and network speeds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop courses using various tools and technologies based on technical and functional requirements.
  • Manually create SCORM 1.2 files that work in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Create mockups or wireframes to confirm design with the design team.
  • Design and develop interactive content and interfaces, including games and simulations.
  • Ensure all developed content is responsive to all devices and performs well on various devices and network speeds.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, application development, web development, or a related field.
  • Experience working in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of software / application / web development trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Software / application / web development expertise and skills.
