Cloud Computing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Computing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable cloud-native solutions using modern technologies.

About the Role:

  • To develop, maintain and deploy backend services using Python programming language including designing and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
  • Work with Docker containerization and deployment tools, manage and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure as code, build and consume APIs including GraphQL.
  • Use frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Graphene, and SQLAlchemy writing clean and maintainable code following best practices in version control using Git.
  • Operate in Unix-based environments, write Bash scripts for automation working on AWS cloud infrastructure and services.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in backend software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab CI, Docker, and Bash scripting languages.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB database systems.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and libraries like Graphene.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience working in agile teams and client-facing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
