  • Implementation: Implement critical parts of modules, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Code Review: Peer review and mentor junior programmers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience: Developing backend systems with expertise in React, NodeJS, and overall software development experience of 6+ years.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team structure, delivering projects on time.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Algorithms and Data Structures: Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
