Job Title: Contract Management Intern

 

We are seeking a highly motivated law student to join our team as an intern and assist with contract management tasks.

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our team with:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract abstraction and review, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Drafting basic legal documents like amendments and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Record keeping and organization of contracts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for renewal or amendment, ensuring seamless contract lifecycle management.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting in reviewing and abstracting contracts to extract key terms and clauses.
  • Drafting basic documents like amendments and reviewing legal documents like NDAs under the supervision of the senior team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contracts.
  • Tracking and managing existing contracts for renewal or amendment.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree program (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • Basic understanding of contract law and legal principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
