Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Management Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new high net worth clients, identifying opportunities for tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products, leveraging expertise in financial markets.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR GOALS AND POSITIONING OUR OFFERINGS AS OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.
  • Manage the sales process for large-ticket AIF investments, ensuring timely solutions to client queries and concerns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as primary contact for UHNW clients, ensuring exceptional experience across all touchpoints and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Regularly meet clients to review portfolios and suggest adjustments, providing expert guidance on risk management strategies and portfolio diversification.
  • Cross-sell financial products to existing clients, leveraging knowledge of various financial products and investment strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Expansion:
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers and client servicing professionals, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand the PCG desk, ensuring clear performance goals and objectives.
  • Investment Product Expertise:
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of various financial products, such as PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds, staying updated with stock market developments and trading strategies.
  • Have hands-on experience with stock market trading, including algorithmic trading, and guide clients on risk management strategies and portfolio diversification.
  • Sales & Performance Metrics:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios, tracking and reporting sales performance and client acquisition metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities, driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure client dealings and financial transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, working closely with the compliance team.
  • Ensure the team is aligned with risk management protocols, maintaining a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales, with a proven track record in selling large portfolios and managing high-value relationships.
  • Expertise in various financial products and experience with stock market investments and algo trading, with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent being an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and investment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with leadership skills and experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and business growth targets, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
