Job Title: Corporate Communications Leader

We seek an experienced professional to lead our corporate communications function in India. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen our brand presence and positioning in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive external communication strategies in line with our global communications agenda.
  • Act as spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Position us as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale.
  • Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution.
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media, social media, or employer branding.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
