Technical Support SpecialistThe role of a Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert technical knowledge and support to customers and internal teams.   • Technical Support: Provide expert technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, including compression and capsule filling equipment, to customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to client sites for machine inspection, retrofitting, and upgradation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, machine evaluations, and service reports.
  • Tech Support: Train junior staff or technicians on machinery handling and troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or technology.
  • Experience: 7-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Key Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, ability to understand user requirements, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
