Nutraceutical Machinery Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Machinery Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery in a nutraceutical manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery in nutraceutical manufacturing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), guaranteeing optimal productivity.
• Configure, calibrate, and adjust machines to maintain precision and seamless operations.
• Perform routine equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Prioritize product quality standards during machine operations, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Accurately document data on machine operation, production outputs, and downtime logs.
• Ensure material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance are performed as required.
• Rapidly report and escalate equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment following safety protocols.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in machinery rectification/maintenance within the nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is essential.

Necessary Skills:

• Deep understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
• Awareness of GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to accurately conduct and document in-process checks.
• Detailed-oriented, results-driven, and committed to adhering to SOPs.
