Airport Operations Manager

  • Elevate the efficiency and safety of airport operations by overseeing daily functioning, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Synchronize airport processes to achieve quality, punctuality, and operational objectives in real-time.
  • Strategically manage passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information systems to maintain service quality, efficiency, and safety.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for airport operations.
  • Maintain AOCC functioning in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement resource allocation concepts as defined in seasonal plans.
  • Ensure airport operations comply with DGCA and BCAS regulations.
  • Monitor AOCC stakeholders' performance according to defined processes.
  • Prevent operational bottlenecks by proactively managing airport resources and processes.
  • C coordinate and synchronize all airport processes in real-time.
  • Handle cancelled flights and ensure relevant procedures are followed.
  • Ensure high-quality data input into airport operational databases for accurate and timely information dissemination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data accuracy and timeliness in daily management reports.
  • Effective coordination with airport partners to ensure smooth processes.
  • Accurate mapping of Integrated Management System processes.
  • Efficient dissemination of airport information to stakeholders.
