Senior Electrical Designer

This is a senior role for an experienced electrical designer to work on water and wastewater treatment systems.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and drafting various components of these systems, including advanced processes like ASP, MBBR, SBR, MBR, Digesters, and Solids Handling systems.
  • Assist Project Engineers/Sr. Engineers on design tasks and deliverables, including preparing detailed electrical designs and drawings using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM.
About the Role
  1. Prepare detailed electrical design and drawings for new construction and renovations to existing water treatment facilities, water booster pump stations, wastewater pump stations, and wastewater treatment facilities.
  2. Develop comprehensive electrical power and distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm systems, and provide production and documentation services.
  3. Produce tender documents, including process flow diagrams, single line diagrams, control network diagrams, electrical hazardous area & grounding drawings, electrical and instrument location drawings, loop & schematic wiring diagrams, and standard details.
Requirements
  • Degree (or equivalent education) in a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Drafting course from a recognized institute or organization.
  • Proficiency in using software such as REVIT, Autocad, and Microstation.
  • Professional registration in their designated home office country or be in active pursuit of such registration.
