About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Lead business development by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
  • Actively participate in and manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
  • Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to promote programs, expanding the organizational reach.
  • Continuously update knowledge on advances in education, psychology, and AI to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on using new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Psychology (required).
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training.

Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)
