Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team at Neemtree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable and distributed systems with 3+ years of experience.
  • Write high-quality code in Imperative or Functional Programming languages or frameworks like Go, Python, NodeJS, and Ruby on Rails.
  • Work with SQL/NoSQL data stores like Postgresql, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.

Requirements:

  • Experience with cloud platform AWS.
  • Ability to write well-tested, thoughtful, and concise code and improve code quality standards within the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.
  • Experience and/or willingness to work in high-functioning agile teams in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture.
  • Proactive approach for spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Engineers with a result-oriented impact-driven mindset.
  • Engineers with a bias towards action and believe in leading by example.
  • Engineers who have the willingness to learn new technologies to solve problems related to scalability and performance.
