Senior Debt Financing Specialist

A senior leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end process of debt syndication, including structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our debt syndication activities, providing clients with informed borrowing strategies and facilitating approvals and successful deal closures.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes and their practical application in financing, as well as a proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications- CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
- 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with CXOs and bankers.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- A robust network of banking and financial services contacts.
