Job Title: Creative Visualizer

 

We are seeking a creative visualizer to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visualizations and graphical presentations that effectively communicate complex information.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality visualizations and graphical presentations to convey complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovative visual storytelling and develop strategies to bring these ideas to life.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and ensure seamless integration with GIS outputs.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all visual elements align with project goals and objectives.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce high-quality and innovative visualizations.
  • Expertise in industry-standard design tools and proficiency in using them to create diverse visual solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, trends, and best practices in both digital and print media.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in urban planning or property development.
  • Proficiency in AI software.
  • Experience in creating video presentations and web pages.
